My Coffee Journey

I fell in love with coffee during the pandemic. What began as an attempt to brew a better French press eventually led me to start Gambit Coffee Roasters five years later. Taking risks has never come naturally to me. So, starting a coffee roasting company while juggling a full-time job and young kids is definitely not my modus operandi. But if there’s one thing I learned from my late father, it’s that doing what you love doesn’t just change you — it has a profound effect on everyone around you. It’s not about chasing energy; it’s about creating a small moment that actually feels good.
